This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) details the usage rules referenced in the Terms of Service. It applies to every use of GetMoreToken via the API or hosted chat interface. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
1. Absolutely prohibited content
The following content may under no circumstances be generated, distributed or processed:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving or appearing to involve minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (so-called "deepfakes") of real persons, in particular sexualized depictions.
- Instructions for the production of weapons, explosives, biological or chemical agents.
- Instructions for committing violent crimes, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Content inciting hatred or violence against persons or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Material infringing third-party copyright, trademark, or personality rights.
2. Prohibited use cases
- Mass spam, phishing, automated disinformation campaigns.
- Identity fraud, including the generation of forged identity documents or voice impersonations without consent.
- Anti-competitive scraping of the service to reverse-engineer competing models.
- Processing of data of minors under 16 without verifiable guardian consent.
- Processing of special categories of data under Art. 9 GDPR (health, religion, sexuality, etc.) without a corresponding legal basis and without prior conclusion of a DPA.
3. Permitted adult/NSFW use
Generation of sexualized content depicting adult, fictional, consensually-portrayable persons is permitted within the terms of the selected model provider. The customer is required to operate effective age verification of their end users in their own application and to generate content involving real persons only with their demonstrable consent.
4. Technical usage limits
- No circumvention of rate limits via distributed accounts or IP rotation.
- No deliberate generation of excessive load (e.g. parallel mass calls without an identifiable use case).
- API keys must be treated as confidential and not embedded client-side (browser JS, mobile app).
5. Reporting violations
Violations of this AUP, including detection of prohibited content in model calls we intermediate, can be reported to abuse@getmorecredits.com.
6. Consequences
On reasonable suspicion of a serious violation we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account concerned. On suspicion of CSAM or other criminal offences we report without delay to the competent authorities (e.g. BKA-ZAC, NCMEC). Unused credits are not refunded in such cases.
